2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when completing the newsletter form (name and email address) and technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and time of visit) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, updates on the Dominican market, analysis, webinar invitations and institutional communications; to measure site performance; and to comply with legal obligations applicable in the Dominican Republic, including Law 172-13 on Personal Data Protection.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, informed and explicit consent at the time of subscription; on the execution of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship; and on the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active and during the legal retention periods applicable to the collaborative financing activity.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your data. We may share information with technology providers acting under confidentiality agreements (email, analytics, hosting) and with competent authorities upon a legal request.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion, objection and portability by emailing privacidad@veloriqx.com. We reply to every request within 15 business days.
8. International transfers
Some providers may operate outside the Dominican Republic. In those cases we guarantee that measures equivalent to Dominican and European data-protection standards are applied.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
